For close to 100 years Rylee's Ace has been a fixture to do-it-yourselfers in downtown Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Known for their excellent customer service and know how Lori Terpstra was looking for a construction firm that shared these values and chose Pinnacle to partner with her in building Ace Hardware new flagship store. Business is already up 40% from their old location and Pinnacle is already planning an expansion for the store.

All Dr. Jim Kessel and our company president had to do was shake hands to begin work on Kessel Orthodontics in Allendale. This was Pinnacle’s first “Office Condo” development project. Pinnacle handled everything for Dr. Kessel. We found the land, obtained financing, hired the architect, managed the construction, handled the condo documents, and even helped Jim move in.

Pinnacle teamed up with 22 doctors to develop and build this 66,000sf MOB to house their growing practices. This approach allowed the doctors to affordably house their practices as well as receive supplemental income each year from the building partnership formed by Pinnacle. Grand Valley Medical Specialists, Healthpark Medical Specialists, Gastroenterology Associates, Gastroenterology Consultants, and Metro Health all call this building home.
