HEALTH PARK

New sleep lab & endoscopy suite

Pinnacle teamed up with 22 doctors to develop and build this 66,000sf MOB to house their growing practices. This approach allowed the doctors to affordably house their practices as well as receive supplemental income each year from the building partnership formed by Pinnacle. Grand Valley Medical Specialists, Healthpark Medical Specialists, Gastroenterology Associates, Gastroenterology Consultants, and Metro Health all call this building home.
